Tatiana Eliseev, the pilot of rally-cross: "Over time, the car feels like your own body." Behind the wheel of the first villages in 5 years, then I certainly did not reach the pedals and rode his grandfather on his knees. To adulthood, I skated on the top five on the old country roads. And as soon as I turned 18, I immediately got right. At first I was engaged in carting, went to amateur competition, but once I saw a car on the racetrack, prepared for the rally, and asked the coach permission to pass on it. So to feed my coach Vladimir Maslov, a former rally driver, I got into motor racing. Avto.ru: What were the first steps and fall? - On the Internet I found two schools, which serve pilots rally-cross: one in Moscow and one in St. Petersburg. In the metropolitan school my desire to have a month to participate in the competitions have not taken seriously, and in St. Petersburg took my zeal with understanding. My coach was Alexander Lvov, twice a week I went to him for training. Alexander Lvov - a terrific person, he is always absolutely calm. On the trail (Neva Ring), he went after the students, and then talked about the mistakes, always, clearly puts the problem. Explained the technique not only in theory but in practice - overtaking his car and shows how to enter into a turn or perform a maneuver. The first time was hard, it was difficult to understand and do what the coach explained, for example, to go half-wheel on the curb. Eventually, I mastered this technique and now I continue to work on it. In competitions there are leaders and beginners. As a freshman, I tried at first to bypass the weak drivers, then tried to come to finish in the top ten, five ... On this difficult path is to notice not only the errors rivals, but also studied them powerful and interesting methods of transmission routes. Avto.ru: To be in good shape, often have to train? - I have about eight years in motorsport, and that experience to turn out and not lose skills, we must constantly train. I am speaking for the team of the Moscow Military District, "Naro-Fominsk Junior, we have our own track for training. I try to practice every weekend, but much depends on the weather. When the track is dirty and wet, you can not train on it, so as not to spoil. In rally-cross two seasons - winter lasts from October to April, and summer, respectively, from May to September. Summer schedule is more dense - race, there are two or three times a month, the mechanics just enough time to prepare the machine. In the winter of free time anymore - the race held once a month. Summer dynamics at the track is completely different. Techniques of driving in winter and summer are different, they complement and help each other. Avto.ru: How often do you become a victim of the myth of the "woman behind the wheel? - In Russia, a woman driving a sports car more surprising, while in Europe they occur much more frequently. In Sweden, I've even seen grannies pilots, the audience loves them! In Russia there are so many women rallistok, one of them, the master of sports Ira Sofieva, I began a friendly relationship we had, we can say, friends of "misfortune" (laughs). One summer in competitions in Voronezh, the temperature reached 40 degrees heat, and the schedule was so tight that I only had time to get out of one machine and transfer to the other! Pride can hurt not only the more successful the girls, but young talented drivers. At this should not get hung up, it's better to concentrate on driving - overtaking is not human, and "iron box on wheels". Avto.ru: Tatiana, who influenced your becoming a motorsports? Is there any role models? - First and foremost I want to make me proud of my first coach Vladimir Maslov, which, unfortunately, no longer alive. I'm also grateful to Alexander Lvov, which has invested in me the basics of rally-cross. And now I try to be on my current coach Boris Kotelly - a legendary man, Togliatti driver, 17-time champion of Russia and the USSR. Of the women for me unquestionable authority - German Jutta Kleinschmidt racer who could win the Rally Paris - Dakar on a motorcycle! Jutta picked his bike home in the kitchen, and she tried to take it to the street, it appeared that the motor does not go through the door. She had to again disassemble the bike and put the motor is already in the garage. This small, frail-looking woman wins in the class "motorcycles" in the women's trophy in 1992. Act on the car in the desert is very difficult. But much harder to account for motorcyclists. I was very embarrassed when I was very taken as an example to children in our junior school - well, some of my superpilot? I am a real person, and sometimes make mistakes. Avto.ru: How to affect your abilities in the usual way? - Professional skills helped me to anticipate the maneuvers of other drivers in advance, help in severe weather conditions, such as when a car enters on a slippery road. Of course, they are worried for me, but now have become accustomed to my lifestyle. When I was fond of racing, the parents came to support me in competition. Now it is unfortunately not possible due to the fact that competitions are held in different cities. I try not to traumatize them once more, briefly talk about the competition. My children I will teach you to drive. And if they will have a desire to engage in motorsport, I will support them wholeheartedly. In our junior school all the kids motivated, they already understand what is and what is not. Got in and they are aware of their responsibilities. Motorsport perfectly tempers the character from a young age. Avto.ru: Tell us about your machines. - I have two cars, both - VAZ-2108, they are specially trained to participate in the rally. Due to technical changes they belong to different classes: both the engine volume 1.6 liters, but produces an output of 160 hp. with. and another - 197 liters. with. At a more powerful machine I play at the championships in Northern Europe and Estonia, and the second - for the Russian races. Both cars are just outside similar to their cousins ??from the factory, but inside they are almost "empty": no plating, special frame, driver's seat, steering wheel, pedals and gearshift lever. Some metal body parts replaced with plastic in order to facilitate weight. Increased engine power entails the replacement chassis parts more durable. In accordance with the requirements of regulation I equipped with a homologated suit, helmet, gloves, boots and underwear. All this costs money, so I try to watch your figure, not to "splurge" on costumes of different size (laughs). Cars tune and repair mechanics of our team. We have a strict separation of duties: to them the technical part, on me - piloting. My task - to come to them and tell them how the car behaves on the track at different speeds, as comes into the turns, how well or poorly responsive to shifting, as the brakes. Over time, you start to feel the car as your own body. And then have to start the work of mechanics - governing the suspension or stabilizers, check tire pressure, etc. In general, do everything to ensure that the machine would not let failures during the competition. Avto.ru: What advances in rally-cross, you can boast? - I took prizes at the stages of the Russian Championship in cross country and rally-cross, the Russian Cup on ice racing championship Estonian rally-cross championship and Northern European Rally Cross. In general, the least at the races, a lot depends on the circumstances and rivals, even from the road. I ride only on the professional competition, and I would like to participate in amateur competitions. But my sponsors and mechanics, unfortunately, against participation in such events - the machine requires a lot of attention and material investments.
