Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared a draft order, according to which more detailed procedure for removal of vehicle from the citizens by the police for crime prevention and victim assistance. The draft, published on the site of the MIA, there are a few additions, clarifying the actions of police and the driver when the need to use civilian cars. If during operation the car was damaged, the owner will be entitled to demand compensation. Not every car and not under any circumstances can be required for special operations. The document stipulates that the police will not be allowed to claim the car if there are children or pregnant women, if the stop occurred outside populated areas or if the street bad weather, because of which landed people can get sick.
