The most common cause of such accidents is lack of knowledge of traffic rules by drivers of two-wheeled "baby". Therefore, the Ministry of Internal Affairs recommends the introduction of the category of "M", for which it will suffice to pass the theoretical exam. Thus, the permit will need to obtain drivers of vehicles with engine capacity not exceeding 50 cc and maximum speed not exceeding 50 km / h.
