Reversal through a solid - not oncoming

Traffic police explained considering amending the Administrative Code: for what exactly will be deprived of rights, and what will be charged just fine. Previously published amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences caused resentment on the part of drivers. If you violate the requirements of the sign or marking when turning to the right penalty will be 300 rubles in accordance with Part 1, Art. 12.16. Around obstacles, coupled with exit into the oncoming lane, will entail a fine of 1 000 - 1 500 rubles, as now. Tram drivers can breathe easy - cars will become much less likely to come out to meet them if the government will adopt that instead of the current fine of 1 000 - 1 500 rubles drivers should disqualify driving for 4 - 6 months. In other words, exit at tram road opposite direction equate to a full exit to "oncoming". Even if the violation falls in the camera lens, then a fine will still grow a few times - up to 5,000 rubles. But in the new version of the Administrative Code the penalty for this will be above 5 times - 500 rubles.
