AvtoVAZ will return for his debts

AvtoVAZ will pay for the restructuring of its debt of its own shares. For writing an amount of 40.5 billion rubles, the plant's management will have to issue additional shares and transfer them to Rostekhnologii, after which the share of state-owned corporation in AvtoVAZ to increase from 25% to 40%. The probability of this outcome has been discussed for a long time. In any case, this situation - another sign of the "Stop" to foreign investors in our country. Debt AvtoVAZ to the state (Rostekhnologii) is 65 billion rubles. This interest-free loan of 28 billion on settlements with creditors and working capital by 37 billion rubles. After the additional issue of debt will drop to 24.5 billion rubles, which, incidentally, is also not something to give. Despite proVAZovskuyu recycling program avtohlama and protective duties on imported cars, the case of the plant were not much better - a net loss of AvtoVAZ in the first quarter of 2010 amounted to 2.58 billion rubles. Current status of the plant continues to remind the agony. Amount, which again will give AvtoVAZ state is equal to the amount that the factory must pay lenders this year. In other words, this is a patch that at best will keep the "ship" afloat. About any development or plan to address the massive crisis of speech is not in sight. The plant continues to operate at a loss and, apparently, was no longer necessary to anyone except the state. People, as they say, vote their pocketbooks. And all other things being equal, is ready to pay more for more or less high-quality foreign cars, but not to ride on the production of AvtoVAZ. However, despite the complete lack of results, the state continues to pump money into the plant. In the near future, state-owned banks will allocate AvtoVAZ new loans for investment projects. Roughly the same amount that is allocated now. If these projects are the same as in 2012 the beginning of automobiles on the outdated platform B0 from Renault, then there is absolutely no sense. Seems to support the livelihoods of the plant, without taking it out of the coma, will last forever.
