Interview: Directors Mosgortrans and Gosavtodornadzora »

October 27, 2005 in the Central Concert Hall "RUSSIA" a concert dedicated to the "Day of the employee's road transport." Set of Russian pop stars came to congratulate the employees of this important and certainly have all the industry. Before the concert, the head of the Department of Transport and Communications, Moscow, PA Zlatin congratulated the participants on their professional holiday, and read greetings Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, who on behalf of city staff and thanked the veterans of road transport for the quality and professional work that they routinely perform. The festive program will continue the awards ceremony of employees of road transport for their services. Such titles as an honorary worker of transport and communications, the insignia of Meritorious Service, an honorary employee of Transport of Russia got many staff of various transportation services in Moscow. His speech congratulated the guests of the children of employees of road transport. After intermission the concert continued the star of the Russian scene. Lyrical songs performed by Vika, Yefim Shifrin and Alexander Peskov entertain the public with his comic monologues, and many artists have devoted their speeches to all employees of road transport. Concert attended by workers of different transport structures, representatives of the Department of Transport and Communications, Moscow, including the management staff of these organizations. Our site was an interview with two executives representing the Moscow transport system. Questions about the prospects for the development of public transport in Moscow answered leaders Mosgortrans and Gosavtodornadzora. AVTO.RU: The issue that concerned, perhaps each of us: Do you plan to upgrade the rolling stock of urban public transport in Moscow? And if so, what is planned to replace outdated equipment? The update will be unique, though at present there are some problems associated with a deficit budget. Looking for commercial operators, we also consider various schemes of financial acquisitions of rolling stock. Certainly not in the quantities in which we would like, because everything depends on the budget. Nevertheless, we are actively working in this direction. Focus largely on low-floor vehicles with low operating costs, which would be primarily useful for passengers. This question "Gosavtodornadzor and Transport Inspection has already raised about 5 years. Even then, the Department of Transport and Communications, Moscow has been asked to replace the rolling stock. Now it is necessary to adopt requirements for rolling stock intended to transport people. For example, a Gazel minibus, which moves almost the entire country, except for one model does not fit to transport passengers. In this regard, the correct approach was that the company "Autoline," they already bought the car brand Ford Certified in Turkey, worth about $ 35,000, and already at the Gorky plant responsible for their internal equipment. According to this scheme, a minibus are becoming more and more adapted to the carriage of passengers - it has 20 seats, where you can go not just sitting, but standing. I hope that all firms will soon go that route, because need to replace the rolling stock is currently very high. AVTO.RU: Which brands are preferred - Russian or foreign? Today, when domestic producers met the basic conditions: the body and power units, have almost equal share in production in comparison with foreign counterparts, Russian companies are satisfied with us, more than foreign ones. So today, in accordance with the price offered by Russian producers, the range of urban transport will be completed by them. AVTO.RU: Are there plans to increase the number of transport for people with disabilities, ie, Disabled? The whole low-floor stock shall be equipped with either automatic ramps or mechanical bridges for the possibility of using this service, with limited categories of people. We have a task set before the producers and we hope that next year we will solve it completely. AVTO.RU: According to recent press reports in Moscow all the more increases the number of road accidents involving public transport. What reasons support this? Due to the fact that 60% of driver training trucking companies - people from neighboring countries, as well as from Russian regions, they are not adapted to such a difficult road conditions and traffic, which is observed in Moscow. While talking about the increasing number of accidents caused by drivers of public transport are greatly exaggerated. The actual number of incidents are not so great. AVTO.RU: How does the selection of drivers? What are the requirements for drivers of public transport for employment? Now the situation is as follows: if the candidate is a category D, and driving experience of at least 3 years, then he is entitled to sit behind the wheel, such as taxi or bus. Naturally we do not like this approach and it should be quite different, in this connection, it will soon be revised. Training should be more reliable, and the program of preparation should be different. AVTO.RU: Why is still this issue is not resolved? The situation is exacerbated by the lack of necessary legislation, which are now available at the Ministry of Transport. AVTO.RU: What actions are being taken to address these issues? "Gosavtodornadzor" oversees the licensing conditions. To the company, the carrying of people, conducted an accident prevention, carried out technical inspections of vehicles to detect faults, a medical examination of drivers before going on line. Only this year suspended the 6-and licenses. The reasons were different: the violation of procedures for conducting medical examinations for drivers leaving the line up data falsification technical inspection of rolling stock, when in the "inspection conducted" was the signature mechanics, which actually to this day has not been in the workplace. AVTO.RU: All of these innovations - it is natural to the expenditure of large amounts of cash. Not whether they will increase fares in public transport? At the price it does not affect.
